Do you often run out of memory on your system drive?? If yes then you can solve this problem by deleting hiberfil.sys. This file may not be visible on your computer but if your hibernate option is enabled it will be there in your system drive. To unhide this file go to Tools->Folder options->View and then uncheck the “hide protected system files”.

Now go to your system drive(System drive is the drive in which your OS is installed.) Mostly it will be C if you are running single OS on your machine. Here you can see this Hiberfil.sys. • Go to control panel.
  • Click on Performance and Maintenance, then click on Power Options.
  • Now go to Hibernate tab.
  • Now uncheck the Enable hibernation option.
