		<description>This theme did not work for me. I&#039;m running Windows 7 Professional. I tried the instructions listed above. Running the .theme file reverted me to a Windows Basic theme and running the msstyles file simply opened the styles window and did nothing else. The desktop background functioned perfectly, obviously. The theme art looks quite sophisticated in the screenshots, but unfortunately it doesn&#039;t work.</description>

after extracting go to theme-&gt; there run victorian glass.theme file
then go to victorian glass folder. there doule click on msstyles file.
set the image as desktop backgorund.Most probably this will work..</description>
